Responsibilities:
✅ SEO Audits & Strategy – Conducting technical and on-page SEO analysis, creating action plans, and implementing strategic decisions.
✅ Keyword Research – Performing in-depth keyword analysis in English and Lithuanian, developing keyword strategies.
✅ Competitor & Market Analysis – Evaluating competitors’ SEO strategies and making data-driven recommendations.
✅ On-Page SEO Execution – Implementing structural and content changes on WordPress, WIX, and Shopify, improving website performance.
✅ Off-Page SEO Implementation – Creating backlink strategies, collaborating with partners, and managing content distribution.
✅ Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Tracking SEO results using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and making strategic improvements.
✅ Innovation & Learning – Staying up-to-date with SEO algorithms, AI advancements, and industry best practices to enhance agency processes.
What We Expect from You:
🔹 At least 1 year of experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in e-commerce.
🔹 Proven success in implementing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
🔹 Experience managing websites on WordPress, WIX, and Shopify (other CMS knowledge is a plus).
🔹 Strong understanding of technical SEO: page speed optimization, indexing errors, and structural improvements.
🔹 Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
🔹 Excellent project management and organizational skills.
🔹 Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
🔹 Initiative, a growth mindset, and a passion for continuous learning.
Bonus Skills:
