That’s why this spring we joined the Innovation Agency’s Swarm mentoring programme – ASTERI’s Joana Šaulienė is currently mentoring two businesses. We believe that by helping others to grow, we strengthen the whole ecosystem of businesses and improve ourselves – after all, sharing knowledge, experience and best practices creates mutual value.
“Spiecius” is a co-working centre developed by the Innovation Agency in the regions for start-ups and growing businesses. Entrepreneurs can access free workspaces, expert advice, training, and a supportive community. The Mentoring in the Swarm mentoring programme brings together professionals in their field to help businesses overcome growth challenges, deepen competencies, and achieve more sustainable results.
