Responsibilities:
✅ Strategy & Optimization – Developing, testing, and continuously optimizing brand advertising campaigns.
✅ Data-Driven Decision Making – Audience testing, performance analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
✅ Competitor Analysis – Monitoring and evaluating competitors’ advertising strategies and implementing best practices.
✅ Content & Creativity – Generating advertising content ideas, creating ads, and collaborating with UGC creators.
✅ Technical Solutions – Utilizing Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio for performance tracking and efficiency analysis.
✅ Client Communication – Directly interacting with clients via phone and email.
✅ Continuous Learning – Keeping up with Meta updates, AI tools, best practices, and the latest digital marketing trends.
What We Expect from You:
🔹 2+ years of experience working with Meta Ads (PPC experience is a strong advantage).
🔹 Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Meta Pixel.
🔹 Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
🔹 Logical and creative problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
🔹 Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other tools.
🔹 Responsibility, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
🔹 A constant desire to grow and exceed client expectations.
Additional Advantages:
